Who we are:

ABG Tutoring is a tutoring service started in November 2024 by four Year 8 Students from the most elite high school in Sydney. We aim to help the local community by teaching - reinforcing schoolwork, improving understanding of curriculum knowledge as well as help students achieve gifted programs, ensuring long term success.

The “ABG” in ABG Tutoring stands for Achieve Beyond Grades. This conveys our goals:

  1. To improve the grades of students in primary school

  2. To enhance the student’s understanding of subjects that are taught in school

  3. To extend the knowledge of students, allowing them to achieve their full potential.

Programs and Classes

  • Opportunity Class

    The Opportunity Class is an exam that allows primary school students in Year 5 to attend classes that enable them to learn more advanced content. We hope to teach content that allows them to both succeed in the exam and school.

  • Mathematics

    We offer math courses for all primary school students - we teach courses for both strengthen curriculum knowledge as well as extend and allow students to get ahead of the curriculum.

  • Writing

    We offer specialised writing content for students who wish to improve and extend skills, improving results for school exams as well as national exams such as NAPLAN and UNSW ICAS.

  • Selective High School Exam Preparation

    In NSW, the selective schools are a selection of the most elite High Schools. We are able to teach techniques, familiarise students with questions specific to the exam.
